By purchasing my services (art) you agree to these terms.

Read everything carefully, it is up to you to read everything fully when commissioning me.

If you are not comfortable with my tos or do not agree with it do not commission me.

I dont allow my art to be used for AI do not upload my art to ai sites.

NFT usage is forbidden do not use my art for NFT purposes.

If you have any questions please contact me and I will try and awnser as best I can.

You, the client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general commission prices.

You, the client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

Please only upload the finished pieces, (no Wips or sketches.) unless otherwise discussed.

you may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to; avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use or noncommercial (i.e. not for sale)

You may NOT use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or noncommercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.)

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, or edit my art.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way including the use of the artwork as a "base."

Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a slot) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to blacklist over harassment.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

You are subject to these rules regardless of whom you got my designs from, as long as you currently have one in your possession.

I do not have resale/trade/value rules for any of my designs. You may give them away for anything you see fit. You may also resell or trade designs that were gifted to you.

That being said if you are/were scammed using my designs I am not obligated to do anything. I do not owe you anything nor am I or the actual owner of the design obligated to reimburse you. if you try and get anyone but the scammer to reimburse you for a scam you may be blacklisted.

You, the client, may display my designs on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

I will NOT reference other people's work for customs.

I am however willing to do character-inspired designs I will do my best to make them look unique and not a direct copy. I will NEVER use another person's character for this.

You may NOT claim my designs as your own. Please keep my credit on Toyhouse profiles.

Do not remove a character's Toyhouse profile from Toyhouse.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, or edit my art.

You may take inspiration from my designs but please do not make a carbon copy or rip-off.

You may change the species of any of my designs without permission. the exception being any I am blacklisted from (if applicable) You must continue to credit me though as the original designer. You may make a separate Toyhouse for the closed species, but they cannot be sold separately.

You may co-own my designs. But do not come to me if there is any issue between you or the co-owner(s). It is not my responsibility.

You may redesign my designs as long as there is some semblance of the original. Do NOT redesign them to the point of being unrecognizable.

Please don't void my designs, if for some reason they don't sell or you don't want them anymore you are welcome to shoot them back to me.

You may NOT use my designs to promote or facilitate xenophobia, racism, disturbing fetish art, or any paraphyllia. I have the right to blacklist you if what you use my designs for makes me uncomfortable and promotes harm.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part of the transaction.

I will only accept USD via PayPal or Cash App as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. Payment plans are allowed if discussed beforehand. Beyond that, there is no exception.

After 100% (or 50% for payment plans) of the payment is sent I will start sketching. The sketch will then be sent to you.

Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS

If I cancel a project, I will issue a full refund.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the payment plan.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account including side accounts.

You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.

I have a right to decline a project if there is too short a time allowance.

My turnaround time can vary greatly being about 6 months max, though usually much shorter. please remember I am human I have a life and it doesn't always go smoothly.

If due dates are discussed it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/comfortable with at the moment.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

I will send a wip ('work in progress') image, the responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.

I am not responsible for an unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.
